And the curtain comes down...

Hailey finished up two years as a member of the Woods Cross High School Dance Company with a two-night performance called "Elements," featuring the periodic table.  She was fabulous in the 7 dances she participated in.  I will claim "artistic license" in these pictures as lighting was poor in a dark auditorium and I don't have a great lens to deal with that...

Hailey served as one of the team's choreographers this year and my favorite dance was the one on point which she choreographed to the element "Gold."

What I love about these concerts is the unique and diverse dances, from a prehistoric dinosaur-type dance to "Arsenic and Old Lace" with male partners...

The finale...

Flowers from a friend/dance partner :D

SO proud of the end of a chapter in Hailey's dancing career!

You'd think it was May!!

With all of the events this week, you'd think we were wrapping up the end of the school year!  Grayson had a choir concert at Mueller Park Jr. High.  He's in the 8th grade choir.

He also participated in a band festival with other Jr. Highs in the area...

Our church ball team won their first regional game last Saturday so they moved on to the 2nd round but lost.  We were down by 15 with a couple minutes left and our team kept passing it to Grayson to get some points.  He was able to put up two 3-pointers but then ran out of time...

North Canyon 6th Ward's Priest team (made up of 14-18 year olds)

Hailey competed in her very last cheer competition of her high school career on Saturday.

Anxiously awaiting the results...

Loving what they heard!

1st Place State Cheer Camps!  Great way to end Senior year and 5 years of cheering.

The 10 Seniors on the team.

Hailey's stunt group who she loves.

And her fans...

CONGRATULATIONS WOODS CROSS CHEER 2013 STATE CHAMPS!!!
