Vegas Market

Each year Kristen goes to the furniture market in Vegas for buyers and lets her friends tag along. It's mostly about the food but there's lots of shopping and fun that accompany the trip too! Lauretta, Michelle and I have made it an annual tradition since she's invited us twice now...

We shared four different gourmet burgers at Gordon Ramsay's BURGR.

Went to Hash House A-Go-Go for breakfast and shared huge portions of delicious southern food.

Enjoyed 68-year-old Elton John in his fabulous concert at Caesar's Palace...

And after three days in sunny Vegas, we came back to this!

Since we were dressed up between a wedding and reception, the KSL booth said the boys were the first they'd seen dressed up like they could really be newscasters on TV...

Families Are Forever

I had the privilege of attending the new Provo City Center Temple Open House this week with Garrett, Hailey & my parents on Monday...

Spent Wednesday morning in a Bountiful Temple session with my sweet Relief Society sisters...

 Saw all my great nieces and nephews in the Draper Temple waiting room on Saturday...

...and witnessed the sealing of this amazing couple--Connor & Jessica King!

I am so grateful and blessed to have the family that I do and that we are a forever family!!

Ringin' In the New Year!

The kids got their own bottles of sparkling drinks and cannisters of cookies from Grammy & Papa to welcome in the new year. All three of them ended up in Orem at various parties on New Years Eve and Grayson and Garrett were horrified to find out they'd both been at the same Gatsby party!

John and I went to a movie alone and then he got to start prepared for his 2016 colonoscopy. When he awoke from the anesthesia, all he wanted to do was hold my hand... Good scope and doesn't have to return for another 5 years! Happy New Year to John!
