Father's Day Weekend

I asked John what he wanted to do for Father's Day and he responded "go to St. George." So we did! We saw Shrek at Tuachan and ran into the Cluffs while we were there...

We fed 80-100 construction workers on one of John's jobs for Dixie State housing with all the leftover food from John's client appreciation luncheon in SLC the day before...

We swam in the pool, got massages, went on hikes and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves sans kids!

On our way home, we stopped by the Utah Valley Parade of Homes where Garrett is working for Ezra Lee Design+ Build and toured the very cool, contemporary home.

After a nice Father's Day lunch of some of John's favorite foods like ribs, corn on the cob, watermelon and Crowshaw's Pies we brought back from St. George, we took a ride up Skyline in the "boys' truck" and had the Kings and dad over for S'mores. Great weekend!

Grayson's Post High-School Life...

Grayson has been home about 4 days total since he graduated! He took off to Newport Beach with his besties for a week and then headed to Lake Powell for a well-chaperoned senior trip the next week!

Baptisms at the Newport Temple...

Celebrating Emily Bennion's birthday mid-week. She was so nice to accompany and chaperone these boys!

Lake Powell crew on the Tagge's houseboat...

He came home briefly to receive the Melchizedek Priesthood and be ordained an Elder by John. It was nice to have close friends and family attend. We are so proud of the young man he is and the way he is choosing to live his life.

The Last Hurrah!

Senior Cotillion was the weekend before the last week of school. The boys went shopping at D.I. to get shirts and jackets for the evening :)

The Fab Five hit it big at Scholarship night. They're as intense in the classroom as they are in their sporting events...

Yearbook signing on the last day of school...

High school graduation at the University of Utah Huntsman Center. Grayson graduated with high honors and a 3.9 GPA.

 The proud and supportive family...

Grayson and Emma...

More pals...

The graduates and their older brothers Garrett and Steven...

The all-night grad party was a hit and I thoroughly enjoyed myself as I managed all the volunteers from 9 pm-5 am.

Finished off the week with Grayson graduating from seminary. That's as priceless as a high school diploma to me. He also conducted the meeting and did a fabulous job!

Papa is one of Grayson's biggest supporters.

Grayson has served as Bishop Davis' 1st Assistant in the Priest Quorum this past year. What an incredible journey Grayson has traveled and the ride has just begun! So proud of all he has accomplished thus far and know he has many more successes in his bright future!
