Baby Blessing Weekend!

We are always thrilled when an event brings the family to us! Garrett's family flew in to participate in Chloe's baby blessing and we enjoyed all 33 hours they were in town. We went to the travel show on Saturday afternoon and Sadie got her first pair of Mickey ears.

On Sunday, Chloe Kay Hughes was blessed by her daddy Riley. He gave a beautiful blessing and we were glad Hailey's brothers, dad, Papa and uncle were able to participate.

Last family photo before Kings leave on their two-year mission to Hawaii. They will be dearly missed by all.

Phoenix Winter Trip

John, Grayson and I were thrilled to leave the 25-degree Utah for 70-degree Phoenix mid-January. We stayed at the J.W. Marriott close to Garrett's home and spent all of Friday playing at the resort... pickleball, driving range, lazy river, hot tub, spa. Loved the sunshine!

On Saturday the guys went to the Barrett-Jackson car show in Scottsdale for the day and the girls went shopping, made cookies, ran errands and relaxed until meeting up with the guys for dinner at one of our favorite restaurants when we visit, White Chocolate Grill.

We went to church Sunday and tended Sadie during the Sunday School hour so Garrett and Julia could attend the Sunday School classes they teach. We had the best lesson in the foyer!

Had time for a BBQ, nap and walk to the park after church and before we had to fly home to the frozen tundra...

...however, John was excited this was waiting for him when he got home!

Funeral Services for Barbra Ann Tebbs

We enjoyed a wonderful day celebrating a wonderful woman. The weather was beautiful and everything went without a hitch. I'm sure she would've been happy with how it turned out and the amazing things people said about her... she will be missed.

We LOVED having all the babies together even though sad circumstances brought happy times..

Garrett's family wanted to fit in a quick visit to have Grammy see Sadie and since she absolutely loves babies and dolls, she was thrilled.

Family is everything and we are so blessed to have these three new ones join ours...
