Visitors & Celebrations!

 Hillary and her kids came to stay for a week while Patrick had biking events up in Park City. We hired a swim teacher to come for three consecutive days and give Taeya and Beckham their first swim lessons and safety instructions and they did great!

Cora loved being in the pool with everyone and Pops told lots of bedtime stories to the kids before they slept in the bunk room each night...

Sadie and Luke came over often to play and the girls loved playing "library" under the stairs.

Sadie celebrated her 4th birthday at our house with a swim party with her cousins, all of the adults and Papa.

I celebrated my 58th birthday with friends and family with lots of swimming and food. Kristen Holm, Michelle Rasmussen and I have birthdays close together so we went to Reflexology appointments together and swam in the pool one afternoon. I went to dinner with the family at Oakwood Fire Kitchen one night and drove to Maddox with the Kings and Papa another night.

We also had a baby sprinkle for Julia and baby girl Tebbs at Just Add Chocolate and it was super fun!

...and I got a new car!!

Our Best Friends...

Our Bountiful friend group got together at Communal in Provo to say goodbye to Scott and Lauretta Sechrest as they leave to serve in the South Africa area as Communication Specialist missionaries. We will miss them the next 18 months--especially since Lauretta is the one that helps plan all the annual girl trips with me! We're already talking about an African Safari with everyone :)

 

MOVING DAY!!

 I was able to fit in 90% of my St. George personal items in the Tahoe and drive to Highland for the big move in on Friday, July 7!

I was so grateful I hired Reset Your Nest to organize my pantry, kitchen and master closet! I absolutely love having a butler's pantry and having it functional and organized.

We have had family at the house helping us with unpacking, cleaning and organizing as well as swimming, relaxing and EATING! So many meals!

We're glad everyone including dad can come for dinner every Sunday and the boys have done a great job fixing many of our meals on the Blackstone...

4th of July Celebrations!

We went up to visit Hailey's family the weekend before the 4th of July and had so much fun staying at our usual Springhill Suites hotel with Sasquatch, swimming pool and breakfast buffet. We played and ate a lot the three days we were there. Always love our Northern Idaho visits!

We got back the night of July 3rd so we could sleep at Garrett and Julia's house, have breakfast on the Blackstone, nice July 4th dinner and fireworks on their front porch before heading back to my last few days in St. George!
