Happy 63rd John!

John's birthday actually started at our family Sunday dinner a few days before May 1 with some of his favorite food...

On his actual birthday we started strong at 6am at Coco's High Low class where John was celebrated and everyone wore orange! Grabbed his favorite protein Shake at Shake It before he headed to work.

We went to dinner at Tin Angel at Eccles Center before going to Wicked (my 9th time!)

His birthday carried over to Friday evening at his favorite place--Deseret Star--where we watched enjoyed food and Mamma Mia! ABBA-cadabra and they recognized his birthday in between the show and the Olio. He loved it. Fun birthday!!

Weekend of Grandkids!

 

The weekend of grandkids started early on Thursday when Hailey woke up with the stomach flu and I picked up Chloe and Scarlett for several hours... dropped Chloe off at preschool and Scarlett and I went to the Tulip Festival with my friends Heather and Lyndsey and then on the carousel and the Museum of Curiosity. Picked Chloe up from preschool and hit up Zupas for lunch before dropping them back at home...

Grayson came over to mow the lawn Friday night so I got an hour of one-on-one Bentley time!

Saturday was mostly spent at two dance recitals and Luke's soccer game. Sadie and Chloe were in the dance "Do As I Do" in an early afternoon performance and Scarlett was in "I Just Can't Wait To Be King" in an evening performance. It was her first time on stage and she was amazing!

HIGH Fitness Fundraiser!

Got to participate in my first HIGH Fitness fundraiser in Utah County for a gal who lost her husband in a tragic accident after only being married a year. Instructors were amazing to teach with and the crowd was extra supportive!

 

Easter Weekend Part 2!

 We were missing Riley, Grayson, Caroline and Bentley, but the rest of the family all showed up (cars to prove it) and the house was full with 17 people! Everyone slept pretty well and we had lots of fun together. And of course went to Viva Chicken for one of our meals :)

Took the kids to Fossil Park which is one of our favorites and then dinner at Golden Corral which the kids loved!

Started with just a few and kept adding them in...

Hailey was good to do hair...

Took Hillary and Hailey and their kids to the Children's Museum and carousel while Garrett's family and Beckham went with John on the UTVs out to the dinosaur tracks and Warner Valley.

We all headed home on Sunday and John and I attended the St. George ward and took Tank on a nice long walk around the temple because the weather was beautiful.
