Winter Finally Arrived!

We've been blessed to have Garrett's family living with us since we've had several huge snowstorms and Garrett gets the ATV with the plow and does the driveway and walks for us. 

Sadie isn't quite sure if she loves snow yet or not but she loves Tank so she'll come outside to play if he's with us.

Gone on a couple of chilly walks bundled up and Tank would rather ride underneath in the stroller basket than walk most of the time...

Family February Fun!

 I took Chloe and Sadie to the Aquarium for their first time and they loved it! It was fun to actually point to the real thing as we sang Baby Shark :)

We took Sadie to Coconut Cove for Family Night one Monday in February and she had the best time--so did the rest of us!

January 2021!

January 1st, 2021 started out with a fun evening as guests of one of John's clients at a Jazz game. It was a very different experience with social distancing, masks, the players having their own coolers for drinks, and pre-recorded crowd cheering since there weren't enough people to make a lot of noise. Super fun night despite all the Covid changes...

We celebrated the New Year at Mandarin with Riley, Hailey and Chloe--who absolutely LOVED the rice!

Had to document John buying an iPhone--FINALLY!! He got the 12x max and we're excited to add him to all of our iphone apps and events within the family.

Grayson and Caroline flew to Phoenix with us to help Garrett's family pack up and move back to Utah to live in our basement while they figure out where they're going to live. Garrett will start working for John as soon as they get here. Phoenix weather was beautiful--mid 70s--and we drove a U-Haul truck plus Garrett's truck with a trailer and their Mazda to Utah temps in the mid 30s and snow!

I think Sadie will adjust just fine...

Met up with Hillary's family in St. George for a weekend and this is pretty much what it consisted of :) Tank LOVES the kids and they love him!

Beckham slept most of the time--haha!

And we took the kids and Tank on walks :)

 

Christmas 2020!

 We flew to Vegas Christmas Day to meet week-old Beckham!!! We stayed at the JW Marriott in Summerlin with Garrett's family and Grayson and Caroline, only three miles away from Hillary's crew.

So many fun activities...

• Christmas dinner at Yard House
• Two breakfasts at Baby Stacks Cafe (could eat there every morning)
• Christmas Conservatory at Bellagio Hotel
• Fashion Show Mall, Vegas Outlets
• Putting green 
• Board games at night
• Other meals at our favorites--Lucilles, Gordon Ramsay's Burger, BJ's
• Lots of time with all the babies

A few holiday activities...

 Being alone during the holidays helped us find some new fun and different activities. 

• Drove through two light extravaganzas and took Tank who loves the car as it lulls him to sleep
• found a new amazing treat spot called Normal Ice Cream
• got to play with Sadie for a couple of days while her parents looked for lots in Utah County since they're moving back in January (yay!)
• taught a TON of holiday High Fitness classes
• had an amazing Christmas Eve dinner with Chloe and her parents at Outback Steakhouse
