The Bountiful Handcart Days Parade is always a fun event and John and I set up blankets and chairs for whomever is able to join us! It has become quite the process... Going to the spot the night before the parade at 7 pm to get the blankets and chairs in place behind the sidewalk and then showing up at 6:30 am the next morning to wait for the 7 am legal time to move our blankets and chairs to the curb.
I love this picture of my mom because it's so seldom I catch her with a real smile due to her Alzheimer's.
