We were so excited to have the Hughes family fly in Oct. 27-31 from Idaho for Riley's work and we squeezed in as many Halloween activities as we possibly could...
WEDNESDAY night we went to Texas Roadhouse to celebrate Chloe's upcoming 2nd birthday on Halloween. She wanted to be sung to and sit on the saddle :) She experienced her first taste of sugar when she got to eat all the whipped cream off her birthday Sunday and LOVED it! After dinner we went to Build-A-Bear at Station Park and she got her Birthday Bear for $2! And I swear Scarlett smiled at me for the first time...
THURSDAY we met Julia and kids to go to the Museum of Natural Curiosity. The girls loved everything from grocery shopping, to dancing, to playing house, to water experience, to pretending to be vets and more! We met Caroline and Grayson for lunch afterwards and the girls loved their vegan mac and cheese. Also popped in to say hi to Grammy and Chloe was intrigued to say the least :)
FRIDAY we spent the morning at Witchfest at Gardner Village looking at all the witches and visited the petting zoo. Chloe was SO excited to dress up as Moana and we got a practice run of trick or treating at our ward Trunk or Treat that night. She told everyone she was wearing the "heart of Tafiti" necklace. Chloe quickly got the hang of trick or treating and loved filling up her treat bucket. Even Tank was up for the holiday this year!
SATURDAY morning we had Chloe's birthday party at Coconut Cove (details in next post) and went trick or treating that evening in Saratoga Springs with ALL the cousins!!!
