The first part of February was full of fun! We love living closer to the Kings since we get to spend more time with them and hang out. After dinner at Kairos Mediterranean we went to John's favorite place--Dixie Bowl--for billiards and bowling.
I slipped down to Vegas with my crew Kristen and Lauretta for our annual furniture market adventure and Lauretta's friend Pam also joined us. We spent two days shopping and eating. Heaven.
Since I have a little more spare time now that John spends 3-4 days up north, I've been volunteering once a week at Switchpoint's various facilities. So far I've helped at the RISE greenhouse, Thrift store boutique and RISE market. There are many more areas to serve...
Headed north for a couple of days to visit mom and dad and pick out a few things for the house. It's coming along and is ready for sheetrock! I also took Erica Rogers to lunch for her 40th birthday and we enjoyed catching up as well as making a candy run to Jolley's.
There's a new cookie place in town called Mary's Mountain Cookies. Had to try a sliver of the popular flavors :)
I have been loving living in St. George! I especially love the fitness instructors I've had the pleasure of meeting and working out with. We had a fun Bring Your Guy to High pre-Valentines workout at Summit.
I was THRILLED to see some Bountiful friends who were in town the first weekend of February. LeeAnn Beard was a regular to all my High Fitness classes and Barre/Yo classes at the Bountiful Vasa for years! Also loved seeing Candice Bement and working out with her!
Hillary's family came up again for the weekend and we went to the Farmer's Market, Children's Museum and tried Cappelleti's for lunch afterward. Since it was the weekend before Valentines, John and I tended the kids while Hillary and Patrick went out to dinner and ice cream. We made a charcuterie board for our dinner and played the rest of the night.
