Chloe's Halloween Birthday and Halloween Activities

Happy 5th birthday to Chloe Kay! She wanted a specific cake for her family party and princess cupcakes for her at-home party. She also wanted steak as her main dish :) 

Chloe is sweet, kind, funny, precocious, mischievous, smart, loving, and the best big sis! We love having her in our family and enjoy every minute of her big personality!

John was brave enough to "dress up" for LOW at Vasa Halloween morning and then we went to Sadie's school Halloween parade and peeked in on Luke at his preschool before his parade.

 

Funeral for Donald Young Milne

 We had a beautiful funeral for dad on the PERFECT day, Saturday, October 26 at his stake center in Sandy. We had a viewing from 10-11:30am and the funeral began at noon. We grabbed sack lunches that the Relief Society put together for us to travel to Bountiful for the gravesite service.

I love that the great grandchildren got to know Papa so well since he came over every Sunday for our family dinners and they always gave him a hug and he got so much joy when he saw them. I miss him so much!

Another Fun Weekend!

 One last evening at Corn Belly's so John could use his free Buddy Pass and then a Friday morning at Pinners in Sandy. Only the babies were allowed to come this time so the mama's could shop and Riley watched the Chloe and Scarlett, Sadie was in school so Garrett watched Luke at the office and the youngest all joined us and were angels. Hopefully this becomes a tradition since it's the second year in a row we've come!

Coen Jett Coffey!

 Good thing I was in town because Coen Jett Coffey was born the morning of Sunday, October 20! Cutest little guy and his family is in heaven and siblings can't keep their hands off of him :)

School Carnival, Primary Program and Halloween Festivities

 Sadie had her school carnival and all the family went to enjoy food and fun!

I also attended Chloe's primary program and she did a great job with her speaking part and lots of cousin support!

I headed to Vegas to be close since Hillary's baby is due and she'll need help with the older kiddos at home when she and Patrick are at the hospital. We spent the whole day Saturday doing lots of fun things from shopping at Downtown Summerlin to pedicures to Halloween Town to El Dorado for dinner... we're ready whenever you are baby Coffey!!
