John & I celebrated our 31st anniversary Sept. 30 and went to dinner at one of our favorite restaurants--Market Street Grill, downtown SLC.
Grayson has teased that he's going to take me off Find My Friends so I don't stalk him and know where's he's at 24/7. We received this miscellaneous photo from the Bennetts when they were at the axe throwing venue in Provo and ran into Grayson and a date :) Who needs Find My Friends?!
Kristen Holm threw Hailey a ward/neighborhood baby shower at Carin Davis' house and it was amazing in every way--great people, wonderful food and awesome gifts! Hailey felt spoiled.
We flew Garrett, Julia and Sadie home for General Conference weekend so we could spend some extra time with them. We enjoyed every second of it!! I also got to attend the Women's Session with Michelle and crew and we had our family conference dinner at the Cluff's in Lehi.
Dad turned 87 on Oct. 10. Michelle and I took him to Rio Grande--his favorite--and gave him a couple of gifts and treats to make his day special.
John and I went to St. George for a couple of days to finish off our season tickets at Tuacahn. We saw Sound of Music and Little Mermaid. They were both excellent. It was extremely cold for St. George and warranted a parka and hot chocolate!
During the day while John was working, I drove to Vegas and went to lunch with Hillary, Patrick and Taeya and then did a little shopping. So glad Vegas is only a 2-hour drive from St. George.
We attended Tessa Cotterell's baptism on Oct. 12 and a nice luncheon at her home afterward. Hailey came up as well and we visited Grammy and got in a little baby shopping.
October 13--got outside for a nice Sunday walk. Fall came and went quickly... snow is forecasted this next weekend :(
